Enterobacteriaceae                          3rd Gen Cephalosporins or Aminoglycosides
 
Anaerobes                                      Metronidazole or Clindamycin
 
Enterococci                                      Penicillin or Ampicillin +/- Gentamicin

Streptococci                                     Penicillin or 3G Cephalosporins

Pseudomonas aeruginosa                  Ceftazidime + Gent or Cipro
